2. General

This website is an informational site. No cookies are set for analytics or marketing purposes and no tracking is used. Form data is not stored in a database on the server.

3. Contact via the contact form

When you submit the contact form, the data you enter (name, email address, selected topic, message text, language of the page, and date and time) is transmitted in encrypted form to the server of this website and forwarded from there as an email to info@kbpropertyservice.com. The data is not stored on the server in the process. The email remains in my mailbox, which is also hosted by ALL-INKL.COM, and is deleted once it is no longer needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting collaboration, unless statutory retention obligations apply. I use the data exclusively to handle your enquiry and do not pass it on to third parties. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) and/or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to enquiries).

4. Contact by phone, email or WhatsApp

If you contact me directly by phone, email or WhatsApp, the data transmitted in this way (e.g. phone number, message content) is processed to handle your request. Please note that WhatsApp is a service of Meta Platforms Ireland Limited. Information on data processing by WhatsApp can be found in WhatsApp's own privacy policy.

5. Booking an appointment via Cal.com

To arrange a no-obligation initial conversation (Discovery Call), I use the online booking service Cal.com, operated by Cal.com, Inc., 449 Illinois St, San Francisco, CA 94158, USA. When you select a time slot on my booking page, the data you provide (name, email address, selected appointment time, and any additional details entered in the free-text field) is transmitted to and processed by Cal.com in order to carry out the booking, send a confirmation, and check it against my calendar. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures). Further information on data processing by Cal.com can be found in Cal.com's own privacy policy at cal.com/privacy.

6. Embedded fonts (Google Fonts)

This website uses the Google Fonts service provided by Google Ireland Limited for consistent font display. When a page is loaded, a connection is established to Google's servers, through which Google may receive the IP address of the accessing device. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a technically sound and visually consistent presentation). 7. Hosting

This website is hosted with an external hosting provider (ALL-INKL.COM). When the website is accessed, the hosting provider automatically records technical access data (e.g. IP address, date and time of access, page accessed, browser type) in so-called server log files. This data is used to ensure trouble-free operation and the security of the website. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

8. Your rights

You have the right to obtain information about the data stored about you, as well as the right to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection to processing. To exercise these rights, please contact the email address above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, in Spain with the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD, www.aepd.es).
